ANSSI participates with the ministries and the others services of the Prime Minister to the creation of a long-term and intelligible ecosystem for economic actors. ANSSI intervenes in this area through the regulation, its labels (security certification of products and security qualification of products and trust service providers) and its support to economic actors in the assessment of their solutions.

In particular, ANSSI participates in the implementation of:

• The General Security Baseline,
• The Regulation (EU) N°910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS Regulation)
